Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years experience in a HR function.
• 8-12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ years SAP Super User in related discipline.
• Strong customer service skills and orientation.
• 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback on SAP module implementations and third-party tools.
• Provides 2nd and 3rd level help desk support and trains users.
• Acts as liaison between business users, vendors, and the user community.
• Performs systems analysis, configuration, data conversion, and reporting.
• Elicits and documents business requirements and prepares functional specs.
• Advises on alternatives to meet requirements and designs processes.
• Performs testing and QA of new functions and reports.
• May lead projects in HR related processes.
