Tremco is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Service Management/HR to support SAP across Sales, Service and HR for North American operations, with potential global scope.

You will lead, train, and troubleshoot, interfacing with business users and vendors; design specs and enhance processes. This role requires SAP expertise, customer focus, and project leadership in a fast-growing environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in a Service/HR function.
• 8–12 months SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ years SAP Super User experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• 2+ years in project management.
• Fluent in English communications.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback on SAP module implementations & releases.
• Offers 2nd/3rd level help desk support and trains users.
• Liaises between business users, vendors & the user community.
• Performs systems analysis, design, configuration & reporting tasks.
• Elicits and documents requirements; prepares functional specs.
• Designs business processes and training materials.
• Performs testing and QA of system functions and docs.
• May lead projects in sales, service management & HR.
