Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IT leader to own end-to-end SAP Operations for the 3PL business, overseeing incident management, change governance and release processes across SAP S/4HANA.

You will manage a team of SAP analysts and developers, drive improvements to increase system availability, and ensure SOX controls and audit readiness across global platforms. This role requires strong leadership and deep SAP operations expertise.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT or SAP operations roles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP Operations of 3PL business including incident management, problem resolution, change management and release governance across SAP S/4HANA functions.
• Ensure 99%+ system availability and performance SLAs across SAP modules and integrated platforms.
• Manage the SAP transport landscape, system refresh cycles and environment governance (DEV/QA/PRD).
• Drive root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to less experienced professionals and lead SAP functional analysts and developers across modules.
• Lead and develop a team of SAP analysts and technical developers; identify opportunities to optimize SAP operations and reduce manual effort.
• Governance and compliance: ensure all SAP operations adhere to SOX and audit standards; maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.
