Responsibilities

• Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform IT solutions.
• Leads elicitation sessions to define processes, requirements and rules.
• Partners with experts to ensure scope and documentation are clear.
• Own end-to-end SAP Operations for 3PL using S/4 HANA, including incident management.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure 99%+ system availability and SOX compliance across SAP modules.
