Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to lead SAP Security and GRC initiatives for client engagements, focusing on secure SAP landscapes across S/4HANA, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, and HCM. You will guide transformation journeys, risk and controls design, and drive organizational change through strong client partnerships.

You should bring 6+ years in SAP Security/GRC, leadership experience, and willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP Security and GRC lead role.
• Bachelor's or master's in CS / Information security preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Security across SAP S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM and SuccessFactors.
• SAP HANA DB security is preferred.
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience with IAM integrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the US.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes into the SAP ERP via transformation journeys with SAP App Security and GRC.
• Leverage internal IP and lessons learned to deliver proficient designs and drive organizational change.
• Build strong client relationships to address complex issues.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams through the project lifecycle.
