Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to lead SAP Security and GRC initiatives for diverse clients across industries. You will design, implement and optimize security across SAP applications, leveraging EY's tools and methodologies to improve risk posture.

The role emphasizes leadership of onshore and offshore teams, deep SAP GRC expertise, and strong collaboration with clients to drive transformational journeys. A flexible, hybrid model is offered with significant travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an SAP Security and GRC lead role.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, testing and deploying application security across SAP apps (S/4HANA, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM, SuccessFactors).
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience (v12.0 or other) with IAM tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP ERP security and GRC controls with cross-functional teams.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams through project lifecycles.
• Participate in SAP audit discussions and address governance/compliance issues.
• Build client relationships to address complex risk and security challenges with EY’s IP and methodologies.
