Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to lead SAP Security and GRC engagements for diverse clients in the US. You will design, build, and implement secure SAP applications, including S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM and SuccessFactors, while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an SAP Security and GRC lead role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information security, information management systems, or related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Design, Build, Test and Deploy Application security framework across SAP apps (S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM, SuccessFactors).
• SAP HANA DB security is preferred.
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience with IAM integration.
• Experience assessing SODs/CA, risk framework alignment, and audits.
• Willingness to travel; travel ~80%; valid US driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP ERP security and GRC processes for clients.
• Lead onshore and offshore project teams to deliver secure SAP solutions.
• Manage client engagements, document requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build strong client relationships and facilitate organizational change.
• Support audit discussions and governance processes with clients.
