Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior Risk Technology Manager with deep expertise in SAP Application Security and GRC to help clients design and deploy secure SAP transformations. You will lead delivery teams, build trusted advisor relationships, and drive risk-based modernization across multiple industries.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP Security and GRC, hands-on experience with SAP S/4, FIORI, HCM and related modules, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• 6+ years leading SAP Security and GRC initiatives.
• Hands-on design, build, test, and deploy experience across SAP applications.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control v12+ and IAM integrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Security and GRC processes in SAP ERP landscapes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients and EY stakeholders.
• Leverage EY IP and lessons learned to drive secure transformations.
• Manage organizational change and build strong client relationships.
• Participate in SAP audit discussions and address governance issues.
