Job summary

EY is hiring a Risk Technology Manager focused on SAP Security and GRC to help clients strengthen risk controls and security postures across SAP applications. You will design, build, and deploy secure SAP environments while guiding onshore/offshore teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

We expect deep SAP security and GRC expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to travel up to 80% to serve diverse clients in a hybrid EY setting across the US.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an SAP Security and GRC lead role.
• Hands‑on experience designing SAP security across SAP S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of GRC Access Control and risk framework/ruleset design.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and possess a US driver’s license and valid passport.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISA, PMP, CIA) are a plus; certification within 1 year is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP Security and GRC programs for clients.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams and manage multi‑project delivery.
• Engage with clients to address complex governance and compliance issues.
• Maintain relationships and leverage EY intellectual property to drive success.
