Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to join the SAP Security and GRC practice in the United States. You will lead design and implementation of SAP Security and GRC solutions, working with onshore and offshore teams to deliver complex programs across multiple industries.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP Security/GRC, strong leadership, and the ability to manage client relationships and governance discussions. A willingness to travel up to 80% is expected as projects span nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP Security/GRC lead roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Information Security preferred.
• Hands-on design/build/test/deploy of SAP Application Security across SAP apps (S/4, Fiori, ECC, Ariba, HCM, SuccessFactors).
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience (v12.0 or other) with IAM tools integration.
• Experience reviewing Segregation of Duties and Critical Actions; risk framework design for SOD/CA.
• Willingness to travel; valid US driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP ERP security using Application Security and GRC Access Control.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore deployments.
• Manage client engagements and governance discussions with internal/external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to address complex security/compliance issues.
