Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Line Partner - SAP - Retail to lead and grow SAP capabilities across Retail and Logistics. This remote US-based role shapes transformation programs and drives GTM opportunities with senior delivery oversight.

You will build offerings, manage large SAP initiatives, and collaborate with industry leaders to pursue opportunities while keeping hands-on delivery responsibilities. Requires 20+ years of leadership and 10+ years SAP experience in Retail/Logistics.

Qualifications

20+ years of leadership experience in consulting and account management, particularly in Retail and Logistics.
10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience in Retail and Logistics.
Proven track record at the partner level leading SAP transformations in consulting firms.
Ability to develop and deliver technology-driven transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance SAP capabilities in the Retail and Logistics sector.
Create and market tailored SAP offerings, targeting 2 to 3 major initiatives in the first year.
Build and manage a team, intellectual property, and tools for service delivery.
Collaborate with industry leaders to implement go-to-market strategies for the Retail sector.
Identify and create client opportunities through relationship-building and industry expertise.
Drive sales pursuits and support contract negotiations with consulting leaders.
Oversee large-scale SAP transformation projects while maintaining personal delivery responsibilities.
