Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced SAP Retail Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail transformations across multiple retail sectors. You will design solutions, manage delivery, and translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP architectures.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide workshops, and ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices. Travel is up to 40–60%, and the role offers a hybrid work model with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4–6 years delivering SAP Retail or retail transformation.
• Experience as solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and SAP Best Practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, process design, and solution design for SAP Retail transformations.
• Provide SME across SAP Retail capabilities: Master Data, Listing, Pricing, Store Ops.
• Design integrated solutions across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and stores.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and drive design decisions with business and IT.
