Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Partner in North America with deep experience leading large-scale SAP transformations in Retail/Logistics. The role includes practice development, sales leadership, and delivery oversight across multiple client locations in the United States and beyond.

You will drive go-to-market strategies, build teams and IP, and maintain strong executive-level client relationships while guiding complex transformation programs to success. Travel up to 4 days/week is required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience in consulting sales/relationship management.
• 10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation in Retail/Logistics.
• Proven track record at Partner level leading SAP transformation programs.
• Ability to develop offerings, build teams, sell and deliver transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP transformation engagements in Retail/Logistics.
• Manage 30% personal utilization while delivering.
• Advise clients on ERP trends and SAP best practices.
• Lead resource planning and talent development.
