Ladders seeks a Line Partner - SAP - Manufacturing for a remote leadership role focused on expanding SAP consulting capabilities within Manufacturing. The position shapes go-to-market strategy, builds offerings, and drives client growth through strong industry relationships and transformation expertise.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; travel up to 4 days/week may be required. Compensation ranges from $422,000 to $615,000 annually, reflecting senior leadership responsibilities and

Qualificações

• 20+ years of leadership in consulting and account management, particularly with Manufacturing clients.
• 10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience in the Manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record at the Partner level leading SAP transformation programs in consulting firms.
• Strong ability to develop offerings, build teams, and deliver technology-driven transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Manufacturing industry challenges and SAP S/4 capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in SAP consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week for client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance SAP capabilities for the Manufacturing sector
• Create and market tailored SAP offerings, targeting 2-3 major initiatives in the first year
• Build a team and develop intellectual property to support service delivery
• Collaborate with industry leaders to implement go-to-market strategies for Manufacturing
• Identify and create client opportunities through relationship-building and industry expertise
• Drive sales pursuits and manage contract negotiations with consulting leaders
• Oversee large-scale SAP transformation project delivery and maintain personal utilization
