Zusammenfassung

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Partner in North America with deep SAP transformation leadership for Retail/Logistics clients. You will lead SAP offerings, guide large-scale implementations and shape go-to-market strategies while building a high-caliber delivery team.

Responsibilities span practice development, sales leadership, delivery oversight, and people leadership, with travel up to 4 days a week and a focus on developing offerings and expanding client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent. Master’s preferred, or equivalent SAP consulting experience.
• 20+ years of leadership experience with Retail/Logistics clients.
• 10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience for Retail/Logistics clients.
• Big 4 or equivalent firm experience in a Partner capacity is preferred.
• Strong client relationships at executive level and ability to grow revenue.

Aufgaben

• Oversee SAP transformation programs for large Retail/Logistics clients.
• Develop and grow SAP consulting capabilities and offerings.
• Build and lead delivery teams, IP and toolsets.
• Drive go-to-market plans and cross-region SAP service catalog expansion.
• Lead sales pursuits and contract negotiations; manage pipeline/reporting.
