Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a strategic SAP Quality Engineering leader to drive end-to-end testing across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration suites, establishing automation, governance, and release readiness.

You will build and lead a cross-functional QE team, partner with platform, development, and business stakeholders, and guide DevSecOps integration, with a salary range of $151,200 to $226,800 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of SAP Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or SAP Program Delivery.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Quality Engineering teams in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test strategy across Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security, Cutover and Hypercare Validation.
• Lead automation strategy leveraging Tosca, SAP CBTA, API automation frameworks, AI-assisted testing capabilities.
• Drive automation assets reuse, improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
• Oversee QE for SAP S/4HANA transformations, RISE with SAP migrations, and SAP BTP solutions.
• Integrate testing in SAP DevSecOps pipelines with CI/CD, Git, and Cloud ALM.
• Manage vendor performance and testing accountability with SI partners.
• Present quality status, risks, defects, and mitigation plans to leadership.
