Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Engineering leader to drive testing strategy across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and related platforms. You will establish standards, governance, and release readiness, while building a high-performing QE team that delivers reliable and secure business outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in SAP Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or SAP Program Delivery.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Quality Engineering teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting SAP transformation programs including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP CAR, SAP Integration Suite, and hybrid landscapes.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the SAP Quality Engineering strategy for transformation programs.
• Establish enterprise testing standards, governance, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
• Build and lead Quality Engineering teams across functional, automation, performance, and test data management.
• Lead automation strategy leveraging Tricentis Tosca, SAP CBTA, API automation, AI-assisted testing, and reusable assets.
• Integrate testing within SAP DevSecOps pipelines and govern automated quality gates across CI/CD pipelines.
