Job summary

Kearney & Company in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide senior-level oversight across a complex DoD program. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and performance, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while guiding vendors, subcontractors, and client partners.

The role requires a PMP, a minimum of 10 years of program management in DoD contexts, and an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in contracts of similar size and complexity.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong understanding of Government PPBE process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).
• Onsite work 5 days a week in Washington, DC; active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility (U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management oversight for all activities and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain cost accounting and baseline management.
• Lead and manage program product baseline and RM program.
• Oversee vendors/subcontractors and client partner relationships.
• Guide technical management teams at client sites and advise leadership on staffing and workload distribution.
• Analyze program performance and conduct cost-benefit analyses; identify process improvements.
