Job summary

Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking a Senior PPBE Support professional to provide expert oversight across PPBE, SPRG, and SAP governance activities in Washington, DC. You will coordinate with SPRG leadership and OSW SAPCO to deliver rigorous budget analysis and strategic support.

The ideal candidate brings deep DoD budgeting knowledge, SAP/SPRG familiarity, and substantial project management experience with complex contracts; active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of DoW budgeting experience.
• At least 4 years of PM experience on large contracts.
• Knowledge of SAP/SPRG structures and governance.
• Strong understanding of PPBE process.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in DC.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and senior-level support for PPBE activities.
• Support SPRG staff, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist with POM, PBR, and PB development and analysis.
• Provide acquisition management support aligned with SPRG.
• Conduct acceptance testing for budget formulation software.
• Compile and summarize information for senior leaders.
• Extract budget and program data from records and reports.
• Relate organizational needs to budgets.
• Support integration with OSW SAPCO and governance processes.
• Ensure timely coordination across DoW stakeholders and SAP communities.
