Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its SAP Manufacturing practice to lead engagement delivery, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure successful system architecture solutions for large SAP programs. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize processes and deliver value.

The role requires 5–7 years in SAP PP and strong leadership, with travel estimated at 40–60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
5+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a consulting or config role.
Strong communication, presentation and client service skills.
Experience managing SAP projects/work streams with teams.
Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with client alignment.
Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with trends.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Build relationships across client personnel to foster collaboration.
Mentor junior consultants and lead diverse teams with a coaching approach.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with EY practices.
