Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a consultative or config role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience leading SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams aligning with client objectives.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay current on trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and managing risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and collaborate across EY practices.
