Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical SAP specifications and to design effective system architectures. You will lead SAP PP engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive client value from strategy to execution in a hybrid environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, oversee budgets and risks, and mentor junior consultants while expanding EY’s SAP Manufacturing capabilities across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional role.
• Strong communication, report writing and client service skills.
• Proven SAP project or workstream management experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with client alignment.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay current with trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Foster collaboration and trust across client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote an innovative, inclusive environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EY practices.
