Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Asset Management and transformation programs across asset-intensive environments in the United States. You will guide roadmaps, advise executives, and drive delivery of integrated asset management capabilities while expanding EY’s client relationships and services.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape solutions, manage multi‑site deployments, and mentor teams to deliver measurable business value and growth for EY’s SAP Core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs and tech capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and pursue opportunities to expand EY services.
• Stay current on SAP asset management capabilities and AI-enabled solutions.
