Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP PLM Senior Consultant to join our Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, gathering requirements from clients and translating them into scalable designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead workshops, configure PLM capabilities, support SAP S/4HANA and Windchill integrations, and help ensure quality through testing, data validation, and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 2–4 years of related functional experience, including exposure to SAP PP/S4HANA.
• Experience with SAP PLM and related product lifecycle processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-service, and technical-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP S/4HANA PLM and translate to functional designs.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions.
• Configure SAP PLM capabilities and integrations (DMS, BOM, ECM).
• Coordinate data mapping, validation, and testing for SAP S/4HANA and Windchill integrations.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on configurations and interfaces.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and document defects.
• Support data validation, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain project documentation and track risks, dependencies, and actions.
