Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP PLM Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join our Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable systems while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

The role covers leading PLM workstreams, configuring SAP PLM, integrating with SAP S/4HANA and Windchill, data validation, testing, deployment readiness, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2+ years functional SAP PLM, SAP S/4HANA PLM experience.
• Experience supporting SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs for SAP PLM.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions.
• Configure SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOMs, ECM, and product data.
• Coordinate SAP PLM integrations with S/4HANA and Windchill; map data and validate rules.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on configs and reports.
• Develop and execute test scenarios; document defects and support resolution.
• Assist with data validation, cutover activities, deployment readiness, and production support.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder readiness and user adoption through training and demonstrations.
