Job summary

EY seeks an SAP PLM Senior Consultant to join our Core Supply Chain team in the US. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable configurations and working with client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workshops, and support end-to-end PLM implementations, including integration with Windchill and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related functional experience, SAP PP exposure.
• 2+ years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, especially SAP PLM.
• Experience supporting SAP projects in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA PLM.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOM, ECM.
• Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA PLM and Windchill; map data and validate rules.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, master data, and quality teams.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on configurations.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and UAT tests; log defects.
• Assist with data validation, cutover, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Guide junior team members and stay current on SAP PLM capabilities.
