Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join the Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, gathering requirements from clients and coordinating with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable system designs.

You will lead PLM workstreams, configure SAP PLM capabilities, and support Windchill integrations while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and data teams to ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 2–4 years of related functional experience, including exposure to SAP PP.
• At least 2 years of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA experience with SAP PLM.
• Experience supporting an SAP project or workstream in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client-service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA PLM.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions; document current and future state processes.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities (DMS, BOM, ECM, classifications, product data).
• Support SAP S/4HANA–Windchill integrations: data mapping, validation, testing, issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, master data, and other teams on end-to-end data flows.
• Prepare functional specs and work with tech teams on configurations and reports.
• Develop and execute test scenarios; document defects and support resolutions.
• Assist with cutover activities, deployment readiness, and production support.
