Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP PLM Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join the Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business requirements into practical, scalable designs while collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will work on SAP PLM configurations, practice data validation, testing, and cutovers, with travel to client sites 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 2–4 years of related functional experience, including exposure to SAP PP module.
• At least 2 years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP PLM.
• Experience supporting an SAP project or defined workstream in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, data validation, or deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client-service, and technical-writing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA PLM.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities, including DMS, BOMs, classification, and ECM.
• Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Windchill, including data mapping and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, master data, integration, quality, and security teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate on configurations, interfaces, and reports.
• Develop and execute test scenarios; document defects and support resolution.
• Assist with data validation, cutover activities, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain project documentation and track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Provide stakeholder readiness, demonstrations, and training; mentor juniors.
• Stay current on SAP PLM capabilities and recommend improvements.
