Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Senior Consultant to join our Core Supply Chain team in the United States. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business needs into scalable capabilities, including Windchill integrations.

You will gather requirements, configure SAP PLM, support testing and data validation, and help drive production readiness while traveling 40-60% to client sites across the US. EY offers growth within a global advisory network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and SAP PLM experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PLM integration with S/4HANA and Windchill preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing functional specs, and supporting deployments.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional designs for SAP PLM.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOM, and ECM.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions.
• Coordinate integrations between SAP S/4HANA PLM and Windchill, including data mapping and testing.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on configs and reports.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for unit and integration testing.
• Support data validation, cutover activities, and production stabilization.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
