Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP PLM Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join our Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable systems.

The role combines business analysis and technical design, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, PLM configuration, integrations with Windchill, and end-to-end data flows. Regular travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2–4 years of related functional experience, including exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP).
• At least 2 years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP PLM.
• Experience supporting an SAP project or defined workstream in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions.
• Lead or support defined PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions, documenting current and future-state processes and decisions.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOM management, classification, and ECM.
• Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Windchill, including data mapping, validation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, master data, and quality teams to align requirements and end-to-end data flows.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on configurations and interfaces.
• Develop and execute testing scenarios and document defects for timely resolution.
• Assist with data validation, cutover activities, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain project documentation and track deliverables, risks, and issues.
