Job summary

EY seeks an SAP PLM Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join the Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business needs into scalable architecture with cross-functional teams.

You will gather requirements, lead workshops, and configure SAP PLM capabilities, including ECM, DMS, BOM management, and integration with Windchill. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of SAP PP/SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience supporting SAP PLM, production planning, and ERP projects.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions; document current/future state processes.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities (DMS, BOMs, ECM) and data governance.
• Coordinate SAP PLM integrations with Windchill and other systems; validate data and resolve issues.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align data flows.
• Prepare functional specs; work with tech teams on configurations and interfaces.
• Develop and execute test scenarios; document defects and drive resolution.
• Support data validation, cutover, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain project docs, training materials, and support procedures.
• Provide status updates, manage risks, and support client readiness and adoption.
