Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP PLM Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join our Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable architectures while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gather requirements, and lead PLM workstreams. Frequent travel (40–60%) to meet clients and ensure successful project delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) is required.
• Typically 2–4 years of related functional experience, including exposure to SAP PP.
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, especially SAP PLM.
• Experience supporting an SAP project or defined workstream in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration support, testing, data validation, or deployment activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-service, and technical-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions.
• Support or lead defined PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions; document current-state processes and future-state requirements.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOMs, classifications, and ECM.
• Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Windchill, including data mapping and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, master data, and other teams to align data flows and ownership.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on configurations and interfaces.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for unit, integration, regression, and UAT; document defects.
• Assist with data validation, cutover activities, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain project documentation: process flows, designs, test evidence, training materials.
• Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, issues; provide status updates.
