Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Sr SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join the GlobalView Application Support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level post-live issue resolution, focusing on SAP Payroll configuration and client consulting.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. This position may require up to 10% client travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven hands-on SAP Payroll configuration in the US.
• SAP certification or equivalent work experience is required.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Integration with other products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze support issues logged according to clients' SLA.
• Provide consulting services and perform configuration to resolve client issues.
• Deliver effective client communications via CRM.
