Infosys Limited seeks a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our client-focused advisory team. You will analyze the problem, design solutions, create artifacts, and support deployment and knowledge transfer.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years IT, willingness to travel, and US citizenship or permanent residency. Preferred: SAP HCM functional experience, CATS, FICO integration, US Payroll, Time Evaluation, and S4HANA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Travel to project/client locations may be required.
• U.S. citizens or permanent residents only due to IL4 data handling.

Responsibilities

• Define solution options, design artifacts and deployment plans.
• Provide knowledge transfer and value-added consulting.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
