Job summary

Cintas is seeking an SAP Functional Manager (OTC-Order-to-Cash) to lead the SAP OTC platform and related business applications within the Enterprise Applications team of Information Technology.

The role encompasses strategy, design, delivery, production support, and continuous improvement across the full lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximize business value through scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in IT with strong SAP OTC experience and leadership.
• Experience in core OTC areas: pricing, billing, order management, contracts, scheduling, availability check, and invoicing.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 including master data, integrations and WRICEF.
• Experience with SAP FICO, MM, EWM, CRM or similar customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP OTC platform.
• Oversee a team of SAP analysts, consultants, and vendors.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to align SAP solutions with business goals.
• Drive platform stability, portfolio execution and vendor management.
• Champion process improvements in order management, billing, pricing, and customer service.
