Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand processes, gather requirements, and communicate recommendations.
• Lead workshops, requirements discussions, and functional solution walkthroughs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP OTC configurations, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support SAP OTC integration with SFDC, Hybris, and web-based order management systems (BAPI-based orders).
• Analyze and enhance sales order processing, including EDI interfaces and related error resolution.
• Support logistics execution processes, including serial number usage, SLOC determination, and delivery processing enhancements.
• Investigate issues by reviewing data, configurations, interface messages, and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, logistics, warehouse, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for process and interface changes.

Job Title: SAP OTC Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) BSA / Functional Consultant with minimum 12years of hands‑on experience strong expertise in SAP SD processes and integration with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP Hybris, or web-based order management systems. This customer‑facing role requires strong communication skills to engage directly with customers, understand their business needs, and guide solution discussions. The ideal candidate can independently analyze business requirements, investigate existing system behavior, and deliver functional solutions across order management, logistics execution, billing, and finance integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and communicate solution recommendations and progress.
• Lead customer workshops, requirements discussions, and functional solution walkthroughs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP OTC configurations, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support SAP OTC integration with SFDC, Hybris, and web-based order management systems, including BAPI‑based sales order creation and updates.
