Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Manager to lead SAP OTC design, implementation, and optimization across global ERP initiatives.

The role emphasizes ECC and S/4HANA, global template design, and end-to-end process integration with sales, supply chain, and finance. Ideal candidates will bring 15+ years in SAP OTC, strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proven track record in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP OTC, incl. ECC/SD, LE, and S/4HANA.
• Proven global ERP implementations and template design.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: design and roll out SAP OTC templates globally, including localization and harmonization of processes.
• Solution Design: end‑to‑end order management, pricing, billing, returns; ARM, aATP, Variant Configuration.
• Implementation Oversight: manage full lifecycle delivery on SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Integration Management: cross‑module integration with SAP SD, MM, LE, FSCM.
• Testing & Governance: direct SIT and UAT cycles.
• Team Leadership: lead onshore/offshore teams for high‑performing delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: optimize processes using SAP BTP, RPA, GenAI.
• Compliance & Security: ensure regulatory and security requirements are met.
• Change Management: drive training and successful template adoption.
