Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience with hands-on configuration and design.
• Proven experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities (order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing).
• Manage teams, staff development, and practice management.
• Conduct workshops, capture requirements, design, configure, and support end-to-end OTC processes with SAP and other modules.
