EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC workstreams, design solutions, and deliver complex initiatives for global clients. You will manage teams, run workshops, and coordinate with cross-functional SAP modules to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) with hands-on configuration and design.
• Experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status with alignment to performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and implement SAP OTC end-to-end processes including integration with SAP and non-SAP modules.
• Mentor teams, develop staff, and manage engagement economics and resources.
