Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead SAP OTC engagements for clients across industries. You'll gather requirements, architect solutions, and guide the build, testing, and deployment of SAP-driven OTC processes.

Travel 40-60% is required to meet client needs and deliver value. Join a collaborative team that bridges business needs with technical design, delivering robust system architecture and WRICEF components while ensuring seamless integration with MM, FI, EWM and other SAP

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules.
• Experience developing functional specifications (WRICEF).
• Experience supporting SAP SD integrations with MM, FI, TM, EWM.
• Exposure to EDI/API interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP SD modules, including pricing and billing.
• Write functional specs and project documentation for OTC workstream.
• Design WRIEFs from spec to cutover and hypercare.
• Ensure end-to-end integration between SD and MM, FI, TM, EWM.
• Map and test EDI/API interfaces.
• Deliver client services, monitor progress, manage risk.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
