Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC initiatives across client engagements in a hybrid U.S. environment. You will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and drive end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash solutions.

You will manage workstreams, mentor teams, run workshops, and ensure delivery quality while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. EY offers a hybrid model and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years in SAP OTC or similar.
• Experience leading SAP workstreams through full lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deployment).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, and billing.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ability to manage deliverables, track milestones, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering SAP OTC initiatives from planning through closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
• Engage with clients in workshops and gather business requirements.
• Provide design proposals with an understanding of related modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen.
