Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC workstreams, designing and delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions including order-to-cash processes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and drive workshops with clients to ensure scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Proven experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through the full lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deployment).
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, and billing.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables, track progress against milestones, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Experience working across cross-functional SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) to support end-to-end process design.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting the OTC workstream.
• Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, actively engaging in staff development and practice management.
• Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support end-to-end process for SAP Order-to-Cash.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen.
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, leveraging leading-practice business process knowledge for OTC.
• Monitor progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
