Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead complex SAP OTC initiatives in a US-based role. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide teams through design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions.

You’ll lead workshops, manage deliverables, and ensure high-quality client services while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams on end-to-end process design. Travel is 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year).
• 4+ years in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) with hands-on configuration and design.
• Experience leading SAP workstreams or small projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status; align with performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops; manage planning, execution and closure of workstreams.
• Design and implement SAP OTC processes, with cross-module integration considerations.
• Mentor teams, manage staff development and practice management.
