Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC workstreams and deliver end-to-end OTC solutions in SAP S/4HANA. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide teams through planning, design, build, and deployment.

You’ll collaborate across SAP modules, drive workshops, manage risks, and ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced client environment. Travel is expected 40–60% in the US."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years relevant experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing).
• Experience facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, align with performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops from planning through execution and closure.
• Design and implement SAP Order-to-Cash capabilities (OTC) in S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) to support end-to-end process design.
