Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure)
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 5+ years of SAP business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and integrations with related third party software

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmaps.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums and public speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define technical components of GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide; create enablement materials for field teams.
