Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA designs and delivery for utility clients in the United States. You will own the FI-CA workstream, drive functional approaches, and ensure alignment with finance policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design through delivery.
• Experience leading workshops, design governance, testing, and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream scope, delivery plans, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO.
• Govern FI-CA financial controls, postings, and auditability.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Develop functional specs, documentation, and configuration standards.
• Lead FI-CA consultants and coordinate with vendors on issues.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution.
• Lead cutover, training, and production readiness activities.
• Build trusted client relationships and guide transformation priorities.
