Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end‑to‑end FI‑CA design and delivery for utility clients in the US Bay Area. You will own the FI-CA workstream and ensure alignment with business policies, regulatory requirements, and SAP IS‑U integration.

You will lead functional teams, drive solution quality and controls, and coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical partners to deliver successful transformations and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA design and delivery through implementation, testing, and stabilization.
• Experience designing FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream scope, design, delivery plans, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and related controls.
• Lead workshops, fit‑gap analyses, and design reviews translating requirements into FI-CA designs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage dependencies across Billing, Finance, and SAP IS-U components.
