Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS‑U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands‑on configuration for contract accounts, payments, and receivables in the utility space. You will work with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation in the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle.

You will design interfaces, support BRF+ automation, and contribute to end‑to‑end FI‑CA solutions, with significant cross‑functional collaboration and travel involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands‑on config/design, testing, and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure FI‑CA contract accounts, postings, and open items.
• Design/test payment processing, interfaces, and cash desk flows.
• Configure dunning, collections, and write-offs for receivables.
• Support FI‑CA events, BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI‑CA integration with GL, billing, tax, and customer services.
• Prepare functional designs, test cases, and process flows.
• Perform unit/integration testing and support UAT.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
