Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements into functional designs and collaborate with business and technical teams.

This role involves travel (40–60%), data conversions, testing, and production support, with a focus on end-to-end customer processes and integration with Billing, FI-CA, and field service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer/account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start/stop service, and related processes.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service, including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, and service connection data.
• Design and support service-request, notification, and customer-contact processes aligned with SAP IS-U and contact-center solutions.
• Translate service-operations requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, digital channels, and field service.
