Job summary

The United Illuminating Company, part of Avangrid, seeks an experienced SAP IS-U/CCS Specialist to design, configure, and test production resolutions and enhancements within SAP Customer Care and Services Systems.

You will lead projects in Billing, Front Office, FICA, Retail Access, and related areas, coordinating with multiple IT and business teams to ensure accurate data, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5–7 years of experience preferred.
• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8–10 years of experience required.
• High School/GED with 10–15 years advanced experience in this field.

Responsibilities

• Applies SAP IS-U/CCS knowledge to design, configure, and test production resolutions and enhancements.
• Leads development of technical projects in Billing, Front Office, FICA, Retail Access, and Device Management.
• Performs requirements/design documentation, test plans, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Maintains change control, QA procedures, and corrective actions within the department.
